Third Arrested In Connection To 12-Year-Old Death

Tulsa Police arrested Tajon Figures, who's the third person arrested in connection to the death of a 12-year-old who was shot and killed at a New Year's party.

They already arrested Alvin Chaplin and Salathiel Fields and say Figures was with them during the shooting.

Investigators say surveillance video and cell phone data helped them tie the suspects to the shooting scene.

Police say the shooting was part of a feud between two rival gangs and 12-year-old Steven Bruner was not the intended victim.
