2 Arrested In Tulsa Accused Of Stealing Woman's Vehicle

A man whose last name is Stealer has been arrested and accused of stealing a woman's car while she was shopping in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police officers said surveillance video shows Timothy Stealer and Carl Watson getting into the victim's car near 41st and Yale and driving off.

Tulsa Police said the victim told them she accidentally set her keys down while she was shopping.
