3 In Custody Accused Of Creating Child Porn With Artificial Intelligence

A father and his two sons are in an Oklahoma jail charged with using AI to create child porn.

Prosecutors in Pontotoc County say Avery Sherrard Senior, Avery Sherrard Junior, and Zackery Sherrard used Chat GPT to create a story about a sexual relationship with a minor.

They say search warrants also found large amounts of child porn at their home.

All three are being held on A $1 million bond.
