'A Long Way To Go': Monroe Nichols Receives Most Votes For Tulsa Mayor

Monroe Nichols received the most votes for Tulsa Mayor in Tuesday's election, but it wasn't enough to win.

He and Karen Keith will advance to a runoff election in November after they narrowly beat Brent VanNorman, who finished third.
