Tulsa deputies identified the person of interest they’re searching for in connection with a deadly shooting at a Tulsa fireworks stand.
Jack Ulrich, 27, is a relative of Jake Ulrich, the 15-year-old who was shot and killed. Family members had already identified the teen to News On 6, but authorities officially released the name Wednesday morning.
The robbery and shooting took place near Charles Page and 65th West Avenue at Johnny Mize's fireworks stand. Mize said both Jake and Jack Ulrich grabbed a $600 box of fireworks and ran, firing back at Mize's son who was chasing them.

The fireworks stand opened Wednesday for one last day of sales. The family there hired an attorney and worries their son may be arrested for firing shots during the robbery.
It's early in the investigation, and there are a lot of unanswered questions - none stranger than how the victim ended up driving the getaway truck with a dead teenager in the seat beside him.
“It's a strange situation. Detectives are trying to work through it,” said Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.
Mize said Tuesday his son shot the tires out, the truck stopped, and the son got in and started driving back.
"My son had just turned around and was coming back in the truck because they had took off in a field," Mize said.
Deputies said the truck is possibly stolen, and the dead teenager was still in the truck when they arrived.
Deputies found 15-year-old Jake Ulrich slumped in the truck's passenger seat. He has family living just a few blocks from the fireworks stand.
Detectives said the missing suspect, 27-year-old Jack Ulrich, is a relative of Jake.
They believe he's armed because the gun has not been found.
Jack Ulrich was last spotted running from the abandoned truck.
"Detectives really want to hear his side of events," Roebuck said.
Deputies said the fireworks stand worker who shot back is 32-year-old Johnny Mize Jr. He was questioned but not arrested, and his gun, clothes and a car are being held as evidence.
The case will go to the district attorney for a decision on whether he'll face charges.
Deputies said several 911 callers reported Jack Ulrich running from the truck, and others called from the stand to report the shooting.
More than a dozen witnesses were interviewed.
Deputies said it's unclear how many shots were fired and how the dead or dying Jake Ulrich apparently went unnoticed in the truck as Mize was driving back.
