Sexual Assault, Kidnapping Suspect Arrested After Tulsa Standoff

A man wanted on sexual assault, kidnapping and weapons charges was arrested Tuesday after a standoff in Tulsa, police said.

David Mitchell Armijo, 47, was taken into custody following the standoff at Ninth Street and Oswego Avenue.

According to police, Armijo barricaded himself inside a home. Officers broke a couple of windows and fired pepper balls inside.
