Veteran Salute: Chuck McConnell

News On 6 is recognizing veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their communities.

Today, we're honoring Chuck McConnell.

Chuck has spent many years serving his country and community; most of it as a volunteer.

He's served in the U.S. Air Force, the Reserve Deputy for Adair County Sheriff's office, and as a Captain of the Chance Community Volunteer Fire Department.

Chuck also volunteers for the Demand Project, which aids in the rescue and restoration of sex trafficking victims in Oklahoma.
