Officers say they arrested Ke'Shawn Ballard in Muskogee on Friday and that Garrett Medlock turned himself in at the Broken Arrow Police Station. Joshua Smith was arrested earlier this week in connection to the shooting.
The shooting happened November 12, at the McDonald's near Albany and South 145th East Avenue. Police say Smith admitted he stole marijuana during an exchange in the restaurant parking lot. Officers say Medlock and Ballard shot a 17-year-old and a 21-year-old after Smith stole the drugs.
