On Monday, the man accused of shooting and killing a Tulsa Police Sergeant and injuring an officer is scheduled to appear in court.
David Ware, who is accused of shooting Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and Officer Auresh Zarkeshan during a traffic stop in June, is facing multiple charges including first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.

Following the shooting Sergeant Johnson died in the hospital while Officer Zarkeshan spent months in rehab recovering from his injuries and was released from an out-of-state treatment center in October.

Ware has been held at the Tulsa County Jail since June 29th without bond.
According to court documents, pre-trial hearings are also set to start for Matthew Hall on Monday. Hall is accused of being the getaway driver after the shooting.

Court documents show Ware's jury trial is scheduled to start June 7th.
Ware's pre-trial hearing is set to begin at 9:30 a.m.
