Tulsa Police are looking for a man they say kidnapped a woman from a Tulsa store and then robbed her.

Police said that woman is doing OK, but it was a scary few moments for her.

On Wednesday, police released surveillance photos of the suspect from different security cameras around town.

Police said a man approached a woman at a store earlier this month near 61st and Peoria. That woman had just stopped at a taco stand and went to another store, when police say the man approached her, armed with a pistol.

Investigators said the man took the woman's money, forced her into her car and demanded she drive him to a store with an ATM to withdraw even more cash.

Police said when the two went into that store, the woman screamed, scaring the man off.

Lt. Justin Ritter said they were able to collect several photos of the suspect including a couple of him not wearing a mask. He said they'll work this case as both a kidnapping and robbery.

"It's particularly scary because he actually takes control of her and forces her to go to another location,” said Ritter. “Luckily, that location was a busy location and things worked out well."

Police said that man was wearing a distinctive Kobe Bryant sweatshirt.
