Tulsa Police Arrest Woman Accused Of Neglecting 2-Month-Old

Tulsa Police arrested a woman charged with child neglect.

Court records show 24-year-old Breanna Miller brought her two-month-old baby to the hospital with multiple rib fractures.

Police said Miller claimed the injuries were an accident, but doctors reported that the injuries were from physical abuse.

There is also an arrest warrant for the baby’s father, 25-year-old Xavier Miller. He is not in custody at this time.
