Tulsa Police Arrest Man They Say Punched Victim, Bit Officer In The Face

Tulsa Police arrested a man they said punched a victim, bit an officer and had more than $100,000 in stolen checks.

Police said they got reports of Jonathon Noe punching someone at a downtown bus station Tuesday. Officers said he refused to stop and didn’t follow commands, so they pepper sprayed him.

Officers said Noe then charged an officer and bit him in the face.

Police said they then found the checks and lots of other items stolen from the same business.
