1 Injured After Gas Station Employee, Customer Open Fire On Each Other

An employee got into an argument with several people at a gas station on E 36th St. in Tulsa. Police say the situation escalated and ended with one person being shot.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A shooting investigation is underway at a store near E 36th Street north and North Garrison Ave in Tulsa.

Tulsa police say an employee got into an argument with several people around 4:30 Saturday afternoon. According to police, the employee and a customer drew guns and fired at each other. Police say the employee wasn't hurt, but the customer was shot in the chest.

Officers everyone else involved took off. No arrests have been made, the condition of the person shot has not been released.
