A woman well known in the Tulsa racing community is being remembered after she died from complications of COVID-19.
Wokeeta "Fuzzy" Hahn died October 1st at age 77. Tom Hahn, Fuzzy's son, says Fuzzy leaves a legacy as a woman who helped make racing popular in the Sooner State.
"She's a devoted family person but the racing family is just amazing," Tom told News on 6.

Fuzzy's son says the Freeway Cafe was always his mom and dad's favorite lunch spot. So, that's where he shared his most treasured memories of Fuzzy on and off the racetrack.
"When she wasn't at the racetrack, she loved to fish. We were fishing one time at Oologah just catching catfish. We did that all night --- and she let me not go to school the next day!" Tom recalled.
Tom says his mom and dad, Emmett, fell in love 63 years ago. The couple also shared a love for racing. They built the Creek County Speedway back in the 80s -- and later started the Chili Bowl Nationals and Tulsa Shootout.
"She knew a lot about a race car. Her and my dad would discuss things of how to set up a race car, and she was very knowledgeable of how to set up a race car," Tom added.
Though Fuzzy loved racing -- Tom says what she loved, even more, was listening to Elvis and spending time with her family.
"Her grandkids and great-grandkids were really her passion," Tom shared.
Tom says they still plan to hold all their races in a few months, knowing Fuzzy will be with them in spirit.
"We'll lean on our regular family and our racing family, and we know both of them will be there for us," Tom added.
Fuzzy's funeral is happening Tuesday at Faith Church in Glenpool at 1 p-m.
