The Tulsa Police Department has arrested a man accused of shooting his neighbor near 46th Street North and Peoria on Tuesday.

Police say the victim went to this neighbor's house to talk to him about Wi-Fi.

Police say after knocking two times, Edward White fired several gunshots through a window, hitting the victim in the shoulder.

Witnesses told officers they never saw the shooter come out of the house, and say that's what led to the standoff.

After five hours, TPD's Special Operations Team checked the home to make sure no one was inside.

Police say officers eventually found White at a Walmart and say he was fighting with deputies in the store.

White is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
