Prosecutors Drop Charges Against 3 Suspects In Deadly Broken Arrow Shooting

Charges have been dropped against three of the four people initially charged in connection to a shooting at the Rose Event Center in Broken Arrow last January.

Charges have been dropped against three of the four people initially charged in connection to a shooting at the Rose Event Center in Broken Arrow last January.

Prosecutors dropped all charges against Larry Grumbles, Angelo Hernandez and Quinton Watson.

The murder charges were also dropped against Ziare McDonald, but he pleaded guilty to two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, for the two victims who were shot and survived. He was sentenced to seven years in prison.

Prosecutors said they don’t know who fired the fatal shot that killed 68-year-old Bob Wedel, who was working the event.
