A man sentenced to 90 days in jail for causing a fatal crash in Rogers County in 2020, is back in jail after failing five drug tests in two months.

Hayes Violett crashed into the back of a motorcycle driven by Bradley Morrison in August of 2020. Violett pled guilty to misdemeanor negligent homicide and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and nine months probation.

The DA wants that sentence revoked, after they say Violett tested positive for meth on October 25th, October 29th, November 23rd, November 30th and December 2nd.
