Overnight Fire Destroys Family's Garage, 2 Cars

Two cars and a family's garage were destroyed following a fire that broke out just after midnight on Thursday morning.

Tulsa firefighters say a couple smelled smoke inside their home near 111th and South Sheridan and called 911.

According to firefighters, the man and woman got out safely.

Officials say the fire started in the garage and spread to the attic. Firefighters say parts of the home have smoke damage and the cause is now under investigation.
