Tulsa Police Dept. Teams With OSU Tulsa To Create Staffing Pipeline

The Tulsa Police Department is struggling with staffing this year.

It also had a lot of officers retire and now it's facing the challenge of filling those empty positions. A new degree program at OSU Tulsa is providing a direct pipeline from school to the force. Chris Benge from OSU Tulsa and Officer Jesse Guardiola from TPD joined News On 6 at 4 to talk about the new program.
