March 23 is Child Advocacy Day for the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy. It's a day when the organization hopes to make Oklahoma lawmakers more aware of issues facing children. Joe Dorman with OICA joined News On 6 at 4 to talk about the event and lay out the goal behind Child Advocacy Day.
