A jury has now been selected in the David Ware murder trial.
Prosecutors and Ware's defense team have agreed to 12 jurors and two alternates who are willing to consider the death penalty if they find Ware guilty.
Ware is charged with shooting and killing Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and shooting officer Aurash Zarkeshan during a traffic stop in June of 2020.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys have questioned 106-potential jurors over the last six days. The seated jury consists of 9 men and 3 women. Opening statements begin at 10 a.m. Monday, April 18.
