Three people are behind bars and nearly half a pound of meth has been pulled off the streets thanks to the Pittsburg County Sheriff's Department.
According to the department, deputies seized about half a pound of meth, drug paraphernalia and around $3,500 in cash from a residence in McAlester on Saturday.
The sheriff's department shared photos of the items recovered and the suspects in a Facebook post on Thursday afternoon.
Deputies say Brittany Mekler, Nicholas Underwood and Cory Weidner were all arrested for trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The department says all three are currently behind bars.
