Downtown Tulsa Partnership and the Tulsa Police Department will host their quarterly public safety forum on Monday afternoon.
TPD said these forums were created to give the community an opportunity to get feedback and ask questions about crime happening in Downtown Tulsa.
The forum is for business owners, workers, and residents, police said.
TPD's Gilcrease Division will provide information about downtown, including statistics and trends.
Major Thaddeus Espy said issues discussed in the past have been graffiti, parking, and crime.
Espy said a forum like this is particularly good for property and business owners.
Police said they will also provide updates on its Real Time Information Center and discuss ways for business owners to partner with it.
Espy said they've received positive feedback because many people are happy to be able to communicate with TPD.
“Whether you’re a property owner, a business, or a resident, you see things everyday and you might see things we don’t see. So, we want to hear from you. So we can develop our strategies so that can affect the public safety in downtown Tulsa," Espy said.
The public safety forum will be held at the Central Library from 1:30 to 2:30 Monday afternoon, Dec. 4.
