The owner of the dog grooming business, who faces criminal charges in connection to the death of a dog, is in trouble again.

Court records show Rebecca Rutherford was more than an hour late to court on Friday and the judge ordered Rutherford to do 10 hours of community service before her next court hearing, later this month.

Rutherford owns Doggy Doodles and is charged with accessory and obstruction in connection with a dog groomer who worked at the business, who's charged with animal cruelty.

The charges came after video showed the groomer choking a dog, that later died.
