Firefighters Put Out House Fire In Broken Arrow

No one was home when a house caught fire Wednesday afternoon near 51st and 177th East Avenue.

Tulsa and Broken Arrow firefighters saw smoke and flames coming from the attic in the back of the house.

They say the vaulted ceilings made it difficult for them to get to the fire, but they put it out, and a neighbor got the two pets out safely.
