On a 70 degree December day, it's snowing outside of Roosevelt's along Cherry Street in Tulsa. And inside, the magic of Christmas is captured in every inch of the restaurant and bar. “We thought if you laid under your Christmas tree and you looked up, what would it look like? We wanted everyone to eat underneath the Christmas tree,” said Roosevelt’s co-owner Vincent Sorrentino.
