Okmulgee police are asking for help finding a vehicle that may have been used in last week’s robbery at Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Okmulgee police are asking for identifying three people who could be connected to a car theft.

An Okmulgee County jail guard is under investigation right now for allegedly trying to solicit sex with a minor online. 

Police are issuing a warning to those caught dumping unwanted donated items behind the Okmulgee Salvation Army office.

Okmulgee elementary students walked to school Thursday morning, but the walk was preceded by the kids jumping rope, running and even kicking around a soccer ball.  

Police said the attack happened between 7 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. outside the man's home in the 800 block of West 2nd Street when the two men walked up to the victim's house and entered his screened-in porch.
