Hominy Police said they have arrested the suspect involved in a deadly shooting from earlier in the week near Pine and Sheridan in Tulsa.
Authorities said Michael Marshall was wanted on several felony warrants, including first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
Tulsa homicide detectives issued an arrest warrant on Thursday because police said they believed Marshall shot two people at a home near Pine and Sheridan on Tuesday afternoon before running away.
Hominy Police said they caught Marshall after following up on a tip they received.
One of the victims, Tully Clark, was killed while the other victim is still recovering.
Detectives said they believe the shooting stems from an argument about marijuana plants.
