Tulsa Co. Deputies: Woman Found Passed Out In Car, 2 Kids In Backseat

Tulsa County deputies said they found a woman passed out in her car Thursday with her two small children in the backseat.

Deputies said the vehicle was still running and in drive. They said the two children were asleep and not in a car seat.

Deputies said after waking up Candace Campbell, she had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and could barely keep her balance. Campbell told deputies she took Xanax.

She was arrested for DUI, drugs and child endangerment.
