TPD Chief Wendell Franklin Wishes Tulsans 'Merry Christmas' In End-Of-Year Video Message

Tulsa Police Chief Wendell Franklin Shared an end-of-year video message on the department's Facebook page on Friday.

In the Statement, Chief Franklin said that, during the holidays, support and compassion from residents means a lot to law enforcement.

Chief Franklin also wished Tulsans a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
