Tulsa Police Arrest Man In Connection With Double Fatality Wreck

Tulsa Police arrested a man on manslaughter charges for a wreck that killed two people in September.

Police said 39-year-old Keyara Flowers and 17-year-old Elis Oakley died in that crash near 36th and MLK. Several other people were also injured.

Officers have been investigating the crash for the past four months and issued an arrest warrant for Latroy Wilson Tuesday morning.

Officers said Wilson’s blood tests showed he had four different kinds of drugs in his system when he drove across the center line and slammed into the victims’ car.

Police said Wilson turned himself in Tuesday night.
