Parents Of Two Young Children Accused Of Child Neglect In Tulsa County

Tulsa County Deputies arrested the parents they say kept the two young children in unhealthy living conditions.

According to TCSO, deputies went to Tariq Shoubaki's home to arrest him on a burglary warrant and say they found the home filled with animal feces, trash, bugs, and rotting food. The children are now with the Department of Human Services.

Deputies say they also rescued nine animals from the home. Shouaki was arrested for the burglary warrant and child neglect. Ella Bryant was arrested for child neglect and obstruction.
