Hiland Dairy To Close Tulsa Plant

The Hiland Dairy plant in Tulsa will close this August laying off over 100 employees.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Hiland Dairy announced on Friday that it will close its Tulsa plant.

The company informed employees that the facility will close on August 3, 2021, with all 125 employees being laid off with severance and benefits packages.

"Tulsa will remain a distribution center and continue serving the Tulsa market from other Hiland plants, including its Chandler and Norman, Oklahoma facilities'" said Hiland in an official statement.
