1 Person Killed In Overnight Shooting; Suspect In Tulsa Police Custody

A Tulsa man has been arrested after police say he say shot and killed a man in his apartment over the weekend.

Officers say they were called out to the apartment near 144 and Memorial on Saturday and found 32-year-old Andrew Stevens with a gunshot wound. Police say about half an hour later they responded to a 9-1-1 call down the street and found Jeffery Lytch dead. Witnesses told police that they saw Stevens at Lytch's apartment.

Investigators say Stevens admitted he had several chances to tell officers Lytch was shot inside the apartment but didn't.
