Suspect Turns Himself In Following Double Shooting At Apartment Complex

A suspect called police to turn himself in after a double shooting early Saturday morning.

Officers said a fight broke out between the suspect and two victims just after midnight.

They said the suspect called officers as they were getting to the scene and told them he was near 71st and Lewis.
