Owasso Man Arrested After Police Chase Ends Near Collinsville

A man is in custody after Owasso Police say he led officers on a chase through town Friday night.

Owasso Police arrested Harley Campbell and say he had drugs, along with stolen credit cards, and tools from construction sites in the car. Police say Best Buy employees noticed the Campbell in their store because he had been spotted shoplifting there last week.

When police arrived at the store, they say Campbell drove off, and led police down highway 169, through city streets, and across a field at one point. Eventually police say he stopped near Collinsville, and tried to run away, but was arrested.
