Child Calls 911, Police Arrest Woman Holding Her Mother Hostage

Catoosa police arrested a woman after they said a young girl called 911 and told dispatchers her mother's girlfriend was attacking her mother.

Officers arrived at the house late Friday night and said they heard two women yelling.

When police knocked on the door, they said the child answered it while she was still on the phone with 911.

Officers found the two women in a bedroom with Ashley Savage trying to keep the other woman from leaving.

Police told Savage to show her hands and officers said she did not, so they tased her and arrested her on kidnapping and domestic assault and battery complaints.
